Service 05 / MainPoint Architecture
Planning applications
We prepare the drawings, supporting documents and forms for your application, rather than leaving you to assemble them.
Typical scope
What the service includes
We check the likely application route and information requirements, prepare the agreed package and liaise with the local planning authority. A Lawful Development Certificate records whether the specified work is lawful for planning purposes; it is not Building Regulations approval.
- Planning history and policy review
- Existing and proposed drawings
- Application forms and agreed supporting statements
- Planning or Lawful Development Certificate submission
- Monitoring and responses within the agreed scope
What you receive
An organised application package and submission support, with the next steps explained.
The local authority makes the decision. Permission is not guaranteed. Application charges, specialist reports, appeals and additional redesign are separate unless included.
The exact output, payment stages and exclusions are confirmed before appointment. You can appoint one stage or a coordinated sequence.
