Initial consultation

From £250

Site meeting, discussion of your brief and a written summary of the recommended next steps.

Measured survey

From £750

Measured site survey with accurate existing floor plans and elevations.

Planning package

From £1,650

Design development, proposed drawings, application documents and planning submission.

Building Regulations

From £1,850

Technical drawing package, coordination and Building Control submission.

Tender package

From £1,250

Coordinated drawings and agreed schedules for comparable contractor quotations.

Construction support

From £95 per hour or £350 per site visit

Design clarifications, drawing updates and agreed site support.

Professional fees are not the only project costs

Guide prices exclude statutory application fees, specialist consultants and other third-party costs. Value Added Tax (VAT) is added only where applicable. Your written quotation confirms whether it applies and the total payable before you appoint us.

Planning and Building Control fees, structural engineering, party wall advice and specialist reports are normally paid separately. The guide prices are not a fixed quotation for your property.
