What you receive
A feasibility summary, agreed design and coordinated application packages for the appointed stages.
Site surveys, ground investigations, specialist reports and statutory application fees are identified separately. Feasibility work does not guarantee planning permission.
The exact output, payment stages and exclusions are confirmed before appointment. You can appoint one stage or a coordinated sequence.
